Summer Camp 2024- STEAM CAMP Brantford

We are an all year-round STEAM Facility that offers Summer STEAM Camps.  Our Brantford Summer Camp in the year 2024 will have 3 age groups: Lil' STEAMers(4-6 year olds), STEAM Camp Explorers (7-11 years old), & STEAM CAMP Engineers(12-14). 

During our 2024 Summer STEAM Camp, campers will be have hands on learning while exploring Science and Technology.

Activities: C3DAR Lab Summer STEAM camp will have both hands-on experiments and computer-based STEAM activities in our 4,200 square foot facility. Campers will have a balanced day of outside play, lab Exploration Time, and many science and technology activities for them to experience and explore.  We will have some Technology exploration there too. Every week will have a different theme - no activities will be repeated.  

Age Groups:

• Lil' STEAMers(4-6 year olds). 
• STEAM Camp Camp Explorers (7-11 years old)
• STEAM CAMP Engineers(12-14 years old)
• The Engineer program is for campers that thrive in self-driven hands on learning / application, independent critical thinking, advanced challenges, and hands on skills with various tools (training is on site). Please register your child for the Explorer group if you believe your child will enjoy more guided activities. 

• Parents should register their children in the appropriate section based on the child's age, as of July 1st. C3DAR Lab reserves the right to change a child's placement if they are not properly registered. C3DAR Lab cannot guarantee kids in the same family or friends are in the same group (LiL' Steamer, Explorer, Engineer), as "groups" are based on age, and sorted to the appropriate groups for activities.

The price of camp includes, a cotton STEAM Camp T-shirt and all supplies/materials for STEAM projects. All necessary technology is provided for students. Students will have projects that are brought home each week. 

We are offering a 5% discount on multiple weeks booked of camp. All discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Multiple week discount is valid until March 1, 2024. Parents wishing to add-on additional weeks at a later date will not receive a multi-week discount.

Camp Time:  

• 9:00AM -4:00 PM. 

• Before Care: Time: 7:30am - 9:00am Fee: $30 per week  | After Care: Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Fee: $30 per week  Before and After - $50 per week

**An additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to parents that are early dropping off or late picking up campers each day, that is not arranged beforehand**

 2024 Summer Camp Details: 

Additional Information: We will be going outside daily, weather permitting.

On Fridays campers will be having Pizza and Popcorn, included in the price of camp. Campers will eat receive 2 slices, but given the option to purchase additional slices.

We will be doing multiple activities throughout the week. We make an effort to have a wide range of activities, with each themed  that will keep the campers challenged, having fun, and meeting their level of ability. 

For the 2024 Summer Camp Season, we are offering an option to upgrade this years Camp T-shirt. This shirt will be breathable and tagless. We have samples at C3DAR Lab if you want to come in and feel the difference. 

Change of Dates: We understand that families may not have their family schedule yet, we will allow change of weeks up to April 1st with no additional cost. 

Cancellation/Refund: Any refund requests prior to March 31st, 2024 may request a refund - minus a 5% credit card transaction charge. 

Refunds requests made April 1st and after, will receive a C3DAR Lab credit with a $50 Administration Fee deducted. There will be no C3DAR Lab credits issued 5 days prior to the start of camp.
