Summer Camp 2024- STEAM CAMP Brantford

We are an all year-round STEAM Facility that offers Summer STEAM Camps.  Our Brantford Summer Camp in the year 2024 will have 3 age groups: Lil' STEAMers(4-6 year olds), STEAM Camp Explorers (7-11 years old), & STEAM CAMP Engineers(12-14). 

During our 2024 Summer STEAM Camp, campers will be have hands on learning while exploring Science and Technology.  

Activities: C3DAR Lab Summer STEAM camp will have both hands-on experiments and computer-based STEAM activities in our 4,200 square foot facility. Campers will have a balanced day of outside play, lab Exploration Time, and many science and technology activities for them to experience and explore.  We will have some Technology exploration there too. Every week will have a different theme - no activities will be repeated.  

Age Groups:

• Lil' STEAMers(4-6 year olds). 
• STEAM Camp Camp Explorers (7-11 years old)
• STEAM CAMP Engineers(12-14 years old).
• The Engineer age group is going to be a new group that will allow more hands on learning, critical thinking, and more advanced challenges.

• Your child will be placed in a group based on their age as of July 1st For example, a child born on June 5, 2011 will be placed in the STEAM Camp Engineers(12-14). Please contact us if you have any questions about the age groups.

Price: $250/week. 

The price of camp includes, a Camp T-shirt and all supplies/materials for STEAM projects. All technology is provided for students.  Students will have projects that are brought home each week. We are offering a 5% discount on multiple weeks booked of camp. All discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Multiple week discount is valid until March 1, 2024. 

Camp Time:  

• 9:00AM -4:00 PM. 

• Before Care: Time: 7:30am - 9:00am Fee: $30 per week  | After Care: Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Fee: $30 per week  Before and After - $50 per week

**An additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to parents that are early dropping off or late picking up campers each day, that is not arranged beforehand**

 2024 Summer Camp Details: 

• Summer Camp themes will be announced in November, 2023 

Additional Information: We will be going outside daily, weather permitting. Only Friday's we will be having Pizza and Popcorn that is included. 

We will doing multiple different activities through the week. We try to have a wide range of activities that will keep the campers challenged while still having fun. They will have an opportunity to have some Coding time each week. 

Change of Dates: We understand that families may not have their family schedule yet, we will allow change of weeks up to April 1st with no additional cost. 

Cancellation/Refund: Any refund requests prior to March 31st, 2024 may request a refund - minus a 5% credit card transaction charge. 

Refunds requests made April 1st and after, will receive a C3DAR Lab credit with a $50 Administration Fee deducted. There will be no Credit's issued 5 days prior to start of camp.
