Field Trip - Coding & Robotics

Suggested Grades: 4, 5, & 6

Suggested Time: 5.5 hours + 30min lunch break

Class of: 25 students (email for pricing of larger groups)

Students will learn and explore:

- How do computers work?

- What language do computers use?

- What can we do with computers?

Activities will include:

- A discussion and activity to understand how computers think

- Opportunities to explore and code with Ozobots, Spheros, Coding Mice and more

- Learn to work with Micro:bits, and code their own input/output programs, Dice, and Rock/Paper/Scissors

- Learn to code and play with Minecraft: Education Edition (time permitting)
