Media Club - Ages 11-15 Years old

This club focuses on video Pre-production, Production, and Post-production with student driven projects. Participants are walked through the process of producing a story/idea, group writing a script, storyboarding, building shot lists, and producing props and wardrobe for their group project. Participants will work on video production skills such as lighting, sound, and video recording, along with learning and taking on various on set roles. Participants will move to post-production skills in video and sound editing, and learn skills to make a clean and final product.

As this is a club, it is ongoing, and can be joined at any time. This club is participant driven, and so the projects are their own and so is their level of success. Participants learn new additional skills as they need them, through inquire and intrigue (ex. Special lighting techniques, camera rigging, etc.)
